Cancellation Policy

Classroom and On-site Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted in writing at no charge up to an including 10 business days before the class. Fifty percent of the class fee will be charged for cancellations that occur between nine and five business days before the class, and the balance may be applied to a future Sage Software class or conference. Those who cancel less than five business days prior to the class and those who fail to attend will forfeit 100% of the class fee. Student substitutions may be made at any time without having fees assessed.

Web-Based Training Cancellation Policy
Registration for a Web-based Training Class may be cancelled for a full refund, rescheduled for a future training class, or changed to substitute another attendee by calling the Sage Customer Service Department up to one business day prior to the start of the class. See training contacts and info for telephone numbers. Customer Service will require a written confirmation for all cancellations and rescheduling. Sage will not accept cancellations or rescheduling received within this 24-hour timeframe.

Anytime Learning Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing for Anytime Learning classes only in the event of a technology failure. If you have registered for an Anytime Learning class and later find that your network or systems are unable to utilize the technology we use to deliver our courseware or materials, Sage will issue a full refund upon your written request. Access to the course and courseware material will be logged and refund requests may be denied if the access logs indicate either item was accessed from your registered account.

Web-Based Training Technology Failure Policy
For our Real-Time Learning classes to be delivered seamlessly to your desktop, please take a minute now to test the PC that will be used to attend the live session. This process will ensure a satisfying Web seminar experience. To avoid any disappointment, please do not wait until the date of your class. To test your browser and connectivity from the PC you will use for the class, visit WebEx Technical Support Center and click on the Test Your System link. You can also download the Meeting Manager software that will be needed during the Real-Time Learning event from the download page.

Anytime Learning Technology Failure Policy
In the event the Sage Anytime Learning program experiences a technology failure, Sage may extend the expiration date of your subscription to accommodate the failure period. In the event the technology failure cannot be resolved, a refund, prorated based on the portion of the class that was not delivered, may be issued to registered participants upon written request.
